Prime Crown Cleaning Services (Kingston upon Thames, Surrey) provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Kingston and South West London. We trade under the Prime Crown Cleaning brand.
Our registered company is CROWN LONDON CLEANING LTD (Company Number 16756832), registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 41 Skylines Village, Limeharbour, London E14 9TS.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect your name, address, postcode, phone number, email address and details about the cleaning service you require. We may also store these details in your browser (local storage and a first-party cookie) so we can pre-fill the quote and contact forms on a later visit. This stays on your device and is not used for advertising.
How we use your data
We use your information to provide quotes, schedule services, communicate about appointments, and improve our customer experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Services
Prime Crown Cleaning Services, operated by CROWN LONDON CLEANING LTD (Company No. 16756832), provides cleaning services to residential and commercial clients across KT, TW, SW, SM postcodes and surrounding areas in Surrey and South West London.
Quotes & pricing
Online quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be confirmed before your first visit. All prices are quoted in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms & invoicing
Payments are due after the cleaning service is completed. For End of Tenancy cleaning, depending on the property size and the number of cleaners allocated from our team, we request a 50% deposit prior to executing the job, with the remaining balance payable upon completion.
Payments are accepted strictly via secure bank transfer and cash. We do not currently accept card payments. Itemised invoices and receipts are issued for all private, landlord, and corporate cleaning bookings.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a booking. Late cancellations may incur a fee at our discretion.
Access & safety
Clients must ensure our team has safe access to the property and that any hazards are disclosed in advance. We reserve the right to pause work if conditions are unsafe.
